Say hi to our new colleague Joakim Jögård Wass.
It is time to announce our newest Senior Project Manager, welcome Joakim!
Please tell us a bit about yourself Joakim!
I’m originally from Växjö, then I lived for 18 years in the Gothenburg area before moving to Varberg in 2020. Now I’m 42 years old with three kids.
I have a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Chalmers. I’ve worked at Volvo, Autoliv, Veoneer and HMS Networks - mainly with project management, Industrial Logistics and Process Engineering.
I like music and working out, trying to keep my mind and body in shape. When I get the time, I would like to continue competing in Triathlon.
What do you wish to bring to The Loop Factory?
Structure, project management, and a holistic view with a problem-solving mindset. I’m a bit stubborn and want to deliver on time.
What attracted you to The Loop Factory?
I would like to work for a bigger cause, helping the world to improve. This combined with interesting new technology and a job in Varberg within a field of my competence made Loop the perfect match.
In what way do you want to be involved and contribute to a better world?
Come up with new technical solutions to reduce waste handling and take one step on the way to making the world more circular. Combine product development with efficient industrial implementation.
When not at work, what are you up to?
Spending time with my family and working with the house and garden.
So far, how do you like your first time here at The Loop Factory?
I like it very much and feel both welcome and appreciated.
